We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support and is key part of a team that includes sales executives and service technicians who are dedicated to ensuring that our customers have maximum uptime.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and supporting service activities. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual (English/French).
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders accurately and prepare shipping documents
- Providing customers with repair status updates and order confirmations as needed
- Preparing and sending quotations for repairs
- Contacting couriers to arrange pickups
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and assist with basic inventory control
The most successful candidates have these attributes:
- Strong organizational/interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Proficiency with MS Office apps; familiarity with Sage 50 a strong asset
- Excellent communication and time management skills
