The CryoTouch 20 is the latest multi-sample cryoscope from Astori Tecnica for the rapid determination of the freezing point in milk, cream, and whey according to the official IDF-ISO 5764:2009 international standard.
With many dairy products being offered towards consumers with lactose intolerance, lactose-free products are becoming more and more popular. Therefore, Astori has developed a unique lactose-free mode on its cryoscopes for analyzing lactose-free samples with a high degree of precision and reliability.

The CryoSmart was famously robust; the CryoTouch builds on that legacy and adds several new features to make analysis even simpler. It now incorporates a full colour touchscreen, on-board memory for at least 4,000 results, a new software package for managing data, a USB port for data export, and an optional barcode scanner for tracking samples.
