The Dansensor MAP Mix Focus uses an advanced electronic mixing principle to accurately and reliably blend 2 or 3 food-grade MAP gases. Designed for mid-capacity packaging operations, it delivers a stable gas flow and precise gas mix every time—whether using gas generators or bottled gas with varying inlet pressures.

Real-Time Monitoring

Monitor the gas mixing process in real time with a clear on-screen overview, displaying actual gas flow, total gas consumption, and current MAP gas mix. Save up to three configurations on the instrument to avoid errors when adjusting gas mixes for different products.

Mid-Capacity Flow

With flow rates up to 500 L/min (2-gas) and 750 L/min (3-gas), the MAP Mix Focus is ideal for both flow packaging machines with direct gas feed and tray sealer or thermoform lines with buffer tanks.
