We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. As our Service Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our customers and the service team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Track upcoming calibration/service dates and send reminders using our CRM system
  • Arrange rental instruments when required, including documentation and shipping.
  • Verify incoming instruments against service requests.
  • Manage rental returns, including reminders and checklists.
  • Create client quotations for service work and generate invoices
  • Update records in CRM and SharePoint for traceability

Support Responsibilities

  • Complete Receiving Reports and update online tracking form
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, parts availability, etc.
  • Prepare and arrange customer shipments
  • Maintain a neat and tidy work space
