We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. As our Service Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our customers and the service team.
Core Responsibilities
- Track upcoming calibration/service dates and send reminders using our CRM system
- Arrange rental instruments when required, including documentation and shipping.
- Verify incoming instruments against service requests.
- Manage rental returns, including reminders and checklists.
- Create client quotations for service work and generate invoices
- Update records in CRM and SharePoint for traceability
Support Responsibilities
- Complete Receiving Reports and update online tracking form
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, parts availability, etc.
- Prepare and arrange customer shipments
- Maintain a neat and tidy work space
